When Will I receive my order?
Because our products are handmade in small batches please allow up to 5 business days (not including weekends or holidays), for us to process your order. All of our products are handcrafted with high-quality ingredients and take a bit longer to prepare.
After your order has been processed, please allow an additional 2-7 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for your package to arrive!
*Possible Carrier Shipping Delays: During the holiday season or COVID-19 things can get really busy for shipping carriers. Therefore, you may experience delays that are not the fault of NowIamNappy.
What if I gave you my incorrect address?
The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. Before finalizing your order, be certain your shipping address is correct.
We are not responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address that was input at the time of ordering.
If you happen to notice that you entered the wrong address, you can email us at email@example.com with the correct shipping address before your shipping label is created.
Once your shipping label is created, we will not be responsible for the incorrect address & the subsequent delivery.
If the package is returned your order can be mailed out again at the purchasers expense.
What if I want to change or cancel my order?

What if I a want refund on my order?
We are committed to our customers’ satisfaction, however due to the nature in creating our products in small batches, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on USED products. The ingredients in our products are posted on our website. Please make sure you are not allergic or sensitive to any ingredient in our products before purchasing.
We will accept returns on unused/unopened products up to 5 days after it has been received. A refund will only be given on the cost paid for the products, shipping charges cannot be refunded once items leave our facility. Products ordered cannot be exchanged once they have been shipped, a refund will be issued after product has been returned. We are not responsible for shipping fees on returned packages.
